My wife and I began looking our first home while I was still in the US Army. We lived in Fort Drum, NY at the time but knew we wanted to be in the Collin County area.

Mindi was a terrific help with neighborhoods and amenities. She was very knowledgeable about builders, as well. We gave her a sizable list of must-haves and nice-to-haves that she adhered to perfectly. Our time was never wasted with houses that were beaten up or out of our price range. We modified our “wants” a few times, and she always took the changes in stride.

Mindi has a great demeanor and attitude. She is also a thorough and tough advocate for us as buyers. When something needed to be handled on the other side of the table, Mindi jumped in and handled it. We felt protected and well represented.
